I’m Jeremy Muehlbauer—a local rental owner, dad, and small-business guy who’s spent plenty of time doing “quick trips” to properties for tiny jobs that still eat up a whole afternoon.
I started this service because I saw a gap: big maintenance contractors don’t want the small stuff, and owners don’t want to spend their lives driving over to change a smoke detector battery or meet an inspector.
