I’m Jeremy Muehlbauer—a local rental owner, dad, and small-business guy who’s spent plenty of time doing “quick trips” to properties for tiny jobs that still eat up a whole afternoon.

Do you work weekends or evenings?

Do you handle large repairs or major projects?
No—this service is focused on small, on-site tasks and quick visits. For major plumbing, electrical, or renovation work, you’ll still want a licensed contractor. I’m happy to help with access, coordination, and simple follow-up checks.
Can you coordinate with my cleaners or other vendors?
Yes. I can meet cleaners, inspectors, or other vendors on site, let them in, and lock up afterward as part of your visits.
